Recent BMS Installation

BMS Technical Ltd have completed the recent BMS installation at Kirk Hallam Community Technology & Sports College.

PXC22.E.D and PXC100.E.D controllers from the Siemens Desigo range along with an Insight Supervisor program were installed to give full BMS control of the Schools heating system.

Approx. 100 Class/Office Rooms had individual control enabling the BMS to create demand only heating thus enabling it to be as energy efficient as possible.

Variable speed pumps were also installed giving further energy savings as the pump speed is automatically reduced when heating demands reduce.
